Who's The Head Of The House When the Woman Earns More Than the Man?

Traditionally men went out to work and women stayed at home raising the family. The man being the main breadwinner automatically assumed the head of the household.

In recent times, the situation has changed with many women earning far more than their husbands. So my question is: If the earning power favors the woman does that shift the position of the Head?

Still head is the man. Because Man is the main 1st pillar of home and woman is the 2nd.

Alice Jones welcome to the black-history forums. Good to have you on board.

Yes the man is the head but I disagree he is the pillar of the home. The person who gave birth plus is the nourisment for the children is the foundation around which everything in the family revolves and that person is the woman. She is the main pillar of the family.
